How much is delivery?
Starting February 22nd, 2024, and for a limited time only, delivery is free to mainland Great Britain and other bonded warehouses for orders over £200 (inc. VAT) in value. For orders under the value of £200 destined for mainland Great Britain there is a delivery charge of £18 (inc. VAT).
 
All deliveries to mainland Great Britain coming from Cellarers will incur a delivery charge of £24 (inc. VAT). Cellarers Storage Charges.
 
For deliveries to destinations other than mainland Great Britain please contact Customer Relationship Team via email on justbrooksorders@justerinis.com for a quote.
Where are the wines stored and are they fully insured whilst in storage?

We store client's wines with a subsidiary company called Cellarers (Wines) Ltd. The wines are stored at Octavian's industry leading cellars in Corsham, Wiltshire, UK. All wines stored with Cellarers are insured to current market value.

Can I Ship to Hong Kong?

We offer shipments to Hong Kong from £90 per 12 pack and £62 per 6 pack. Deliveries can take approximately four weeks.

What is the minimum order?

We have no minimum order.

Can you arrange for wine to be exported?

We regularly export wines around the world for our clients. Please contact customer services at justbrooksorders@justerinis.com for a quote.

Why can’t I deliver some wines?

The main reason you cannot get some of our wines delivered is that they are still ‘En Primeur’ and not yet in the country. Once they land in the UK, they will be available for Duty Paid Delivery. Click here for more information on En Primeur.

Where can I ship 70cl whisky bottles?

Justerini & Brooks can delivery 70cl bottles of whisky to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the Channel Islands. Any local taxes and duties will be the customers responsibility.

Who will deliver my order?

We operate a fleet of our own vans that deliver daily to London and the southeast. Our vans are temperature controlled and are operated by individuals that uphold the Justerini & Brooks experience. Outside of the London and the southeast we use multiple delivery partners, our main partner being Parcelforce and other courier services.

Can I amend my order?

Timed Deliveries

We do not currently offer timed delivery slots; deliveries will take place Monday Friday between 9am – 5pm. If you require a more accurate time on the day, please contact our customer relations team at justbrooksorders@justerinis.com

Do you have a shop?

We did operate a retail shop on St. James Street for 10 years between 1993 and 2003, this retail shop was closed and turned in to an office which now holds the private client team, Broking team and many other business critical teams.

We do however offer a comprehensive shopping experience via Justerinis.com and through our customer relations/private client team justbrooksorders@justerinis.com.
