From Vineyards in the Cachapoal region of Chile 900 metres above sea level, only 250 cases of this exquisite boutique Chilean Cab have been made. Very serious indeed, as polished and silky smooth as the Barone but with an extra dimension, in fact this has a complexity, earthiness and minerality rarely found in New World wines, aligned to a seamless and generous texture. Notes of cassis, cassis leaf, dry stone, earth undergrowth and mineral, hints of sweet wild strawberry with floral hints of violet. A Beauty that would melt the hardest of hearts.
