Tasting Note:

100% Shiraz from the Barossa Valley aged in purely French oak for 15 months in 70% new barrels. Always full bodied and glossy, the fruit has a redder profile, more along the lines of sweet strawberry and cherry, with spicy notes of cinnamon and white pepper.
