Tasting Note:

A multiregional blend comprising 96% Shiraz and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon. Clear, fine red fruit with shavings of dark chocolate, fennel seeds, cumin and coffee bean, but with lovely purity and fine grippy tannins. Marked freshness and svelte fruit that finishes supple and sweet. No new oak here, St Henri is always aged in large old (50 year+) oak vats for 12 months.
