Tasting Note:

Produced from 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 11%Cabernet Franc, 1%Petit Verdot and 1% Carmenere, this possesses a very perfumed and exotic bouquet of plum liqueur and liquorice. The flavour profile is predominantly red fruit and there is a reasonable precision here. As with some of the other Mouton wines, we will reserve judgement for the time being; there is undoubtedly some alluring fruit here, but the tannins are a little unkempt and there appears to be a lack of cohesion.
