Tasting Note:

Very rich on nose, with dried apricots, orange peel and heather honey. Impressive concentration on the palate (the harvest yielded an incredible 8hl/ha), accompanied by good freshness and crisp acidity. Concentrated throughout, very opulent in style, with persistent richness on the finis. This blend of 80% semillon and 20% sauvignon blanc may be the best Sauternes in 2006.
