Tasting Note:

The second vintage under Bruno Borie, this blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon 23% Merlot will be aged in 80% new oak. Beautifully elegant on the nose, with fine raspberry fruit and just a hint of spice and minerals. Fine-grained gripping tannins providing a sturdy framework for the medium rich fruit and fine oak suggestions. A powerful wine that should last well.
