Tasting Note:

Produced from 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot, this cuvee hails from terroirs in Gunz. 2011 is not the easiest year for second labels, but Bruno Borie has created a very smart Croix with notes of cassis and graphite, there is plenty of mid palate weight, classy texture, well managed tannins and some sweet fruit on the finish. A good effort.
