Tasting Note:

An unusual St Emilion blend of 30% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, Figeac is always so cool and composed in its youth and this does not disappoint. On the nose a unique concoction, gently reminiscent of an old-fashioned greengrocer’s, followed on the palate by a lovely sweet, creamy texture, with crushed blackcurrant fruit and savoury nuances. Very supple and seductive on the palate, with medium fruit density, incredibly smooth tannins and buckets of charm. Quite delicious.
