Tasting Note:

Big on the nose, with rich, dark, leathery aromas; big structure on the palate, showing fresh dark cassis. Delicious richness, balance and length, big tannins, the fruit building as it goes to a much softer, rounder finish. Very good. Unusually well-sited, with 14ha by Latour and 16 next to Pichon Baron, these vineyards are producing better and better wines at an impressive rate.
