Tasting Note:

This is the first wine made under the new management of Jean-Charles Cazes and the team at Lynch Bages. Again, this suffers slightly coming after the wonderful Les Ormes de Pez. The bouquet has a delicate fragrance of black cherry, roses and pencil shavings. There is some charming bittersweet fruit, sour cherries and blackcurrants; it is all quite feminine, delicate and refined. Charming, but could perhaps have a little more density.
