Tasting Note:

Run by Sylviane Garcin-Cathiard, Haut-Bergey’s splendid property has been producing better and better wines for some years now. This is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot, which shows good depth and richness on the nose, with plenty of blackcurrant and berries coming through on the palate. Concentrated, with a good structure and firm tannins, this is a very good wine.
