Tasting Note:

With a blend composed of 56% Sauvignon Blanc and 43% Semillon, Haut Brion blanc possesses a strikingly persistent core of fruit and minerality, built on intense flavours of lemons, salt and wet stones. While the cut and definition on the nose are clearly special, the palate staining finish is where this really shows off its noble breeding and composure. On the way there are suggestions of nut, lemon zest, honeysuckle and lime flowers in this noble, powerful and intense Haut Brion Blanc. Harvest was carried out between 22nd and 30th August.
