Tasting Note:

Closed on the nose, powerful yet restrained; cool and classy, with hints of pencil lead and cedar. Firm structured tannins, fine; plenty of fruit and hints of lush morello cherries and classic cassis, a touch of spice and a very long, fine and complex finish. Balance, finesse and sheer class are the keywords here. This is one of our candidates for wine of the vintage. Harvested from 8th-24th September; a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon/ 9% Merlot/ 2% Petit Verdot/ 3% Cabernet Franc.
