Tasting Note:

Almost certainly the greatest Pavillon made to date. 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. Wonderfully perfumed with notes of violets, beautiful ripe red berry fruits and stony minerality. Dense, intense, concentrated with layer upon layer of fresh, suave pure fruit. This is a very sophisticated, feminine Pavillon with plenty of muscle and built upon silky, refined, chiselled tannins.
