Tasting Note:

The 2003 is 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, cropped at 35hl/ha from 35ha of 43-year old vines, and the wine will see 18-24 months in new oak. A power-driven wine, with massive, rich fruit in the mouth, a nice creamy texture and lovely rich oak flavours, and massive tannins giving backbone and structure.
