Tasting Note:

The 2014 Reserve de la Comtesse is the first vintage which really displays Nicolas Glumineau’s influence. There is a precision and detail here that we have now become accustomed to. Tight, linear with beautifully crisp and well delineated aromas of wild cassis and floral notes garlanded with herbs and small hedgerow fruit. This is a very refined and elegant example with pitch perfect balance. It is drinking beautifully now and will continue to enthral for many years to come.
