Domaine de Chevalier, Blanc, Pessac Léognan, 2017

Tasting Note:

A supple languid peachy Domaine de Chevalier Blanc made up of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon. By no means the raciest of the whites we tasted in 2017, but with plenty of fleshy, gorgeous lemon curd and yellow peach flavours, a drop of lime juice and the texture of smooth river stones, this should show well straight out of the gates. Harvest was carried out between the 31st August to the 15th September.
