Tasting Note:

A fantastic Bâtard, but not typical, more Montrachet-like. Creamy and seductive acacia honey notes mixed with peach and mirabelle.
Seamless and suave with sufficient freshness. There is definitely great class and energy here. Haute couture Bâtard, long and keeps expanding; a stunner. Aged in used oak barrels only. A fine parcel of Bâtard on the Puligny side of the vineyard, near Pierre Morey’s vines, abutting Montrachet.
