Tasting Note:

Classic Chassagne structure and personality. Plump and fleshy greengage fruit attack with notes of nut and spice. A crisp citrus skin note gives this full-bodied Chassagne life and definition. Fermentation and élévage take place in 350 litre barrels, with no bâtonnage, for 12 months before six months in stainless steel.
