Tasting Note:

White Burgundy of quite some extract that shows fabulous personality and complexity of flavour. A wine with minerals and rocks at its core with just a glimmer of the vintage's sunshine revealed through yellow plum notes. Concentrated, structured, brimming with character and a most invigorating sense of coiled energy waiting to spring into life. Stunning. Fermentation and élévage take place in 350 litre barrels, with no bâtonnage, for 12 months before six months in stainless steel. This comes from the higher part of the Fussière vineyard where the poor soil is well suited to producing white wines.
