Tasting Note:

Tremendous value. A remarkably consistent wine that delivers character and intensity year after year. This is no exception - concentrated, sharp-focused flavours of citrus rind with a touch of yellow plum. Fleshy but without being unctuous or tiring, the dry stone minerally finish re-focuses and contrasts the fruit perfectly. So much quality and terroir character for the money. Fermentation and elevage take place in 350 litre barrels, with no battonage, for 18 months. This comes from the higher part of the Fussière vineyard where the poor soil is well suited to producing white wines.
