Tasting Note:

Polar opposite to the force of the Chassagne. This is more about allure and finesse. Charming, soft citrus and white fruit with fennel notes.
Open, easy and so fresh. Very fine and moreish. From one of the best village plots in Puligny on a slope called les Meix, near the Grands Crus,
next to Enseigneurs. Fermentation and élévage take place in 350 litre barrels, with no bâtonnage, for 12 months before six months in stainless steel.
