Tasting Note:

Tense, fine-tuned, deeply concentrated but focused and linear, notes of crushed stones, lemon and lime with touches of citrus blossom. Unwaveringly stylish and complex on the long finish. Like a mini Chevalier. Bachelet’s Folatieres always gives wines that boast an intense rocky and salty character. One of the top vineyards in Puligny next to Caillerets, high up, where the soil is poor and stony, but well exposed to the sun.
