Tasting Note:

Tense but not austere, very lively and racy fruit with solid foundations. Long, structured and serious, excellent tense flavours of flint, lemon and lime, salt, roasted nut and butter. Deep, dense but long and energetic. This comes from 30 year old vines that are situated in the middle of the slope on very stony soil. Aged for 20 months in 40% new oak.
