Tasting Note:

Inviting, aromatic and floral. Charming and generous yet with great poise and definition of flavour. Sweetly-scented honeysuckle, sicilian lemon, blossom and citrus rind characteristics with touches of hazelnut. A fine south-east facing village plot with ligther soils than the Sous la Velle vineyard. The vines are relatively young averaging 25 years old. After picking by hand the grapes are sorted and the wine is then aged for 21 months in oak barrels with no more than a third new wood.
