Tasting Note:

Mouth-filling, suave dark fruit notes. Corpulent, bramble and loganberry flavours with notes of spice and raspberry. Situated at the bottom of the east facing slope, planted on sandy clay/limestone soils. The grapes are de-stalked and after fermentation, the wine is aged for 15 months in 35% new barriques.
