Not unlike the Petit Chablis in shape and style but with more intense and terroir character, salty and linear. The citrus fruit is zesty, without being piercing and there is a fine, granular quality to the salty minerals. Taut but with drive and intensity. A specific parcel within Vaillons with very poor stony soils yielding very taut, salty wines.
