Tasting Note:

An archetypal Vaillons; floral, open-knit, energetic and packed with fruit, boisterous flavours of lemon, lime and elderflower, hints of citrus blossom; long, lush but racy and vital. Very pretty indeed and although not one of the most austere or steely Chablis, there is nonetheless a serious structure and acid balance in place that offsets the wine’s ample fruit and texture.
