Tasting Note:

A clay based vineyard producing very fragrant, open-knit wines. Etienne includes less whole bunch fermentation here than with his other wines, 30% in this case, so still quite high by many domaine’s standards but you don’t taste it at all. This is all about pure fruit seduction. Creamy pliable summer fruit flavours with a silky damson sweetness. Not complex but so easy to enjoy. A pure delight.
