Tasting Note:

This consistently delivers, offering intensity with finesse and grace. Seductive, floral ripe but with no excess . Beautifully weighted and elongated fruit stretches accross the palate exhibiting notes of citrus, peach, violet, acacia, salt and a hint of dough. A sunny but complex and refined Puligny. A class act. Only 20% of this is aged in new oak and the barrels are a mixture of barriques and larger demi muid barrels so that oak does not influence the flavour profile of the wine too much. The vines are 50 years old.
