Tasting Note:

Extremely intense with a bit of flesh on its bones, but well-toned. Certainly fuller and more complete than the La Roche. Jean-Jacques seems to have got this cuvee down to a tee. The beautifully-judged oak is part of the scenery, rather than playing a central role. Wonderfully textured flavours of butter, lime, lime-flower, nectarine and a sprinkling of salt and stone. So complete and intense and with mroe to give, we rate this as one of the top Pouilly-Fuisee there is. A prime-situated parcel of 90 year old vines in Vergisson.
