From a plot called Plan Gilbert in the Chambolle Musigny commune, bottled earlier than the other cuvees after 12 months in used oak barrels. You can see the Chambolle origins here, such delicacy vibrancy and finesse. Not a big or profound Bourgogne, but a very elegant beautiful one. Juicy, bright dark and red cherry fruit, soft and alluring. Pure, crystalline and round, melt-in the mouth flavours.
