Supple silky-fruited, absolutely glorious airy, aromatic flavours. Bright red, high toned fruit, ravishing flavours of cherry blossom, alpine strawberry and minerals. A beauty. From an excellent lieu-dit quite apart from the rest of Chambolle, situated high up in the Combe d ‘Orveaux next door to Echézeaux. This high, relatively cool location comes through in the style of the wine.
