Tasting Note:

A late release Chablis, one of the most serious villages you can find. This is from old vine parcels in the Chichée commune next to 1er Cru Vaucopins. Ageing was 100% in steel tank sur lie for 20 months. A big step up on the regular Chablis. This keeps the racy freshness of the 2017 vintage but is well-covered. Great drive and energy whilst offering textured, layered fruit. Ripe clementine, nectarine and lemon fruit with such brilliance and clarity of flavour. A fine-ground minerality adding complexity and verve to the citrus and stone fruits. Beautifully poised and weighted, top Chablis villages.
