Tasting Note:

A salty, crunchy and quite tight wound. Fully ripe and intensely flavoured if a little austere to begin with. Cool, composed, but powerful and brooding, this will need some time to unfurl. Bottled in the summer of 2019 after three years ageing, one in barrel and two in tank.
