A more lifted, redder fruit profile than the earthier, denser Clos de Vougeot. Aromatic cherry blossom notes flow into an equally fragrant, alluring palate of griotte, kirsch and raspberry. Long smooth and suave with underlying energy that drives the flavours onto the finish. Rich but elegantly styled. From a 1.5ha parcel of 67 year old vines. Fermented with 30% whole bunches.
