Tasting Note:

A little more arid and less fruity than the Villages. Tight-knit and serious. Ripe, black cherry fruit and creme de mure flavours mingled with resinous notes of pine and salt, a present but velvety tannic structure grips and give focus to the rich, concentrated fruit.
