Tasting Note:

Seductive floral cherry and cherry blossom characteristics, intense, focussed and ethereal. Dark cherry and cherry liqueur notes, richer than previous vintages but maintaining great spark. Pretty, Volnay-style Monthélie with, unsually for this cuvée, 20% whole bunches included during fermentation that have accentuated the beautiful aromas and added a touch of body to the palate. A vineyard adjacent to the Volnay commune, abutting Volnay Clos des Chêne, that produces wine distinctly similar to that of its neighbour.
