Crystallised citrus fruit, a step up in richness to the Bourgogne but keeps a nice, fine Puligny shape and precision. Crisp, fine flavours of lemon rind fruit and mineral, surprising depth and concentration for a villages. A blend of seven parcels vinified separately then aged in 15% new oak, more than a third comes from Les Meix, one of the top lieu-dit in Puligny.
