One of the great Puligny vineyards next door to Meursault Perrières. This betrays more than a hint of its situation near that great rocky vineyard, with strong suggestions of flint on the nose; smooth, sensual and complex on the palate, succulent and explosive flavours but with true Puligny refinement, a gentle buttery and silky texture underlays some beautiful juicy droplets of lemon, peach and lime fruit flavours with overtones of dry stone on the long finish.
