Powerful, earthy, unctuous and spicy fruit with a savoury pithy quality. Sappy flavours of lemon rind and green olive are grounded
by an earthy richness. A Puligny with Meursault tendency. A great Puligny vineyard situated, mid-slope, above Combettes and next door to Meursault Perrières, planted on a well-balanced mix of clay and limestone soils. The vines average 50 years-old.
