Tasting Note:

A little brooding and closed initially but evidently stylish. Tight-knit minerals veiled in silk. Long, smooth but with grip and nerve to it. Ripe
yellow and peach fruits with a drop of honey, mixed with a textured, crushed-stone characteristic. Very classy. The vines average 50 years old. Half of the vines come from the 1er Cru part of the En la Richarde lieu-dit, next door to d'Auvenay's En La Richarde parcel.
