Tasting Note:

A different profile from the Pommard Clos Blanc being deeper, riper and more brooding and closed. There is grip and power here to go with the tell-tale "Genot Boulanger" finesse. A initial wave of creme de mure and kirsch wash over the palate. Aeration exposes more complex, fresher notes of mineral, gravel and earth. Floral cherry blossom notes elongate the finish.
