Tasting Note:

This is perfumed and fragrant, the focus shifting to larger red fruits, more tannic lift, more rocks and minerals and power, though for all that the delivery is finer and there is more high tension. A wonderful cuvee. Along with Veroilles and Fuées, Cras is one of the higher Chambolle vineyards and has very poor, stony soils that producers, racy, reserved wines that blossom with age.
