Tasting Note:

Red cherry fruit, crisp yet sensual with a glint of minerals. Overal though this is a voluptuous, juicy and smoothly textured wine. The length of flavour is most surprising for a village and their is a fine underlying acidity to abalnce the ripe hedgerow berry flavours. The result of a blend of 13 parcels aged predominantly in used oak barriques.
