Tasting Note:

A vineyard with relatively poor soils, situated just below Fuées and it shows. Fine and slight in shape but intense in flavour. A minerally note
with a suave texture, like stones wrapped in silk, mixed with vivid crunchy cherry and raspberry fruit. Crisp, luminescent and refined. The vines are now 60 years-old. Ghislaine was fortunate enough to buy this vineyard from Pousse d’Or in 2009.
