Tasting Note:

The Cailleret vineyard comprises some of Caroline Lestimé’s oldest vines (over 60 years old). Always more tense and less unctuous than the Morgeot but with even more power, surprisingly open and expressive for a Caillerets – melt-in-the-mouth flavours of peach, lemon zest and honeysuckle with that stern mineral and limestone quality that sets this apart, along with a roasted hazelnut richness and excellent acidity; this is a white Burgundy of dimension and great class.
