Tasting Note:

Broad, rich flavours not necessarily a very racy white burgundy but there is freshness of fruit nonetheless. Sweet woody spices mixed
with yellow fruit. All-enveloping but with a fine acidity. The result of a painstaking 6 pickings between the 1st and 6th September. The Drouhin flagship vineyard, half of which is planted with Chardonnay and half to Pinot Noir. Situated mid slope with a fine east and southeast exposure, producing intense, spicy, round wines. Ageing is for 15 months in 25% new oak barrels.
