This has a Grand Cru length and intensity to it; very silky, rich and seductive but powerful with it, and complex; the latter two elements no doubt come from the 40% whole bunch fermentation employed for this cuvée. Bursting with crunchy plum, damson, bramble and sloe flavours, even richer notes of wild strawberry and kirsch, finishing on long, heady fragrant fruit and flower characteristics.
